ksol tuition ShirleyWelcome to KSOL Trafford Masterclass Live! Our online tuition programme specific to children looking to gain access to grammar schools in the Trafford area. 

We are excited to launch our new Online Centre LIVE! programme for children in Year 5, from September 2024. Your child will have the opportunity to access our renowned centre-based group tuition sessions with our qualified KSOL teachers, from the comfort of your own home. These Live interactive online 11+ group tuition sessions will take place every Monday – 4pm to 5.30pm from September 2025.

Our online live tuition centre will provide a safe and nurturing environment, where your child is encouraged to thrive, with the support and face-to-face guidance of our experienced teachers. With a small teaching group size, it is a truly interactive and personalised experience, in which children can ask questions, build confidence and receive individual feedback. 

At KSOL, we have successfully helped children gain entry to some of the most prestigious grammar schools in Trafford, such as Altrincham Grammar School for Boys and girls, Sale Grammar School, Stretford Grammar School and Urmston Grammar. Waiting list criteria

When do the sessions run?

  • Every Monday 4:00pm - 5:30pm

Your child will receive 1.5 hours of 11 plus tuition per week on our LIVE interactive online tuition centre. During the session, our tutors will teach a new topic from our GL Assessment 11 plus curriculum (specific to theTrafford area) and provide further explanation on any individual weaker areas highlighted through the online tests taken in the session.

From Monday - Friday, your child will receive online tests in Maths, English, Verbal and NVR. These tests will be personalised around any weaker areas identified by your child's allocated 11 plus tutor.

Once a month, your child's tutor will email a progress report including feedback, tips and a visual chart of how your child is progressing. If you wish to discuss progress at any other time, chat to your tutor at the centre or give them a call during office hours.

With KSOL, you will have a whole team to support you and your child - give yourself the peace of mind that there will always be a tutor available to help you through the entire 11 plus process.

*Our 11+ Masterclass Course is subject to a one-off £15 course set-up fee for new members.
