SEPTEMBER 2025 - Members' Priority Booking for our September 2025 Year 5 Masterclass will open on 1st November 2024 at 9.30am. Please note that bookings will only be taken after this time.

Please note that your child must be an active online KSOL student (on Year 4 programme) by 31st October 2024 to be eligible for priority booking. Spaces are very limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Payment of a deposit is required in order to reserve your child's space on the course. Booking must be made by calling our head office on 0121 733 6558 from 9.30am on 01/11/2024. Any remaining spaces will be available to non KSOL members from Monday 18th November 2024.

Located in Smethwick, on the borders of Handsworth, this modern facility lies within close proximity of the Birmingham Grammar Schools and the Consortium of Grammar Schools of Shropshire, Walsall & Wolverhampton. We have successfully helped children gain entry to prestigous schools such as King Edward VI Aston School, King Edward VI Five Ways school, King Edward VI Handsworth Grammar School For Boys, King Edward VI Handsworth School for Girls, Wolverhampton Girls High School and Queen Mary's Grammar School. Waiting list criteria

When do the sessions run?

  • Every Wednesday 5:30pm - 7:30pm

Your child will receive 2 hours of tuition per week at our Sandwell Centre. During the session, our tutors will cover weak points highlighted through the online tests and teach a new topic from our 11 plus curriculum.

From Monday - Friday, your child will receive online tests in Maths, English, Verbal and NVR. These tests will be personalised around any weaker areas identified by your child's allocated 11 plus tutor.

Once a month, your child's tutor will email a progress report including feedback, tips and a visual chart of how your child is progressing. If you wish to discuss progress at any other time, chat to your tutor at the centre or give them a call during office hours.

With KSOL, you will have a whole team to support you and your child - give yourself the peace of mind that there will always be a tutor available to help you through the entire 11 plus process.

*Our 11+ Masterclass Course is subject to a one-off £15 course set-up fee for new members.
