One-to-One Sessions

In these sessions, your child has the opportunity to sit down with one of our experienced 11+ tutors on a one-to-one basis. They are tailored specifically to each child and are an extremely effective way to tackle key areas that need more focus: 11+ English (English comprehension), 11+ Maths, Verbal Reasoning and Non-Verbal Reasoning practice. Our personalised 1-2-1 sessions are delivered in a safe learning environment at our head office. We also have the option of LIVE 1-2-1 Sessions delivered online via our virtual classroom.

Who can book these sessions?

These sessions are Exclusive to Year 5 KSOL students.

When are they available?

  • During school holidays

Exclusive to KSOL members, these one-to-one sessions are a fantastic way to build your child's confidence by working directly with an 11 plus tutor. These specialised sessions include unique 11 plus practice questions and activities for your child.

During the session, your child's tutor will target any weak areas highlighted through the online tests, or focus their 11 plus preparation on a topic area that you have specifically requested (11 plus verbal reasoning, non-verbal reasoning, 11 plus Maths and English comprehension).

1-2-1 sessions take place in KSOL's education centre at our head office in Shirley, Solihull, B90 4AE. We also offer LIVE 1-2-1 sessions delivered via Zoom.

Once the session is complete, you will receive a brief run through of your child's performance during the session and gain useful advice to help with your child's 11+ preparation.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Notice Period: 2 weeks before the day of assigned One-to-One session. Any changes to session times and dates MUST be requested prior to 2 weeks before the assigned One-to-One session.
Refund Policy: Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the assigned One-to-One session start date will NOT be issued a refund. KSOL will aim to issue refunds within 14 days of confirming the customer request.
Other Key Information: Any changes to session topics MUST be requested 7 working days before the assigned One-to-One session. Any late pick ups interrupt staff time, so a charge of £10 will be applied to parents arriving more than 15 minutes after the session finish time. This fee of £10 will be charged for every 15 minutes (after first 15 mins) that a child is under the care of KSOL staff over the agreed allocated time.
